I want to define a workflow rule that sends an e-mail alert to all Partner/Customer Portal users when activity happens on a record.

So hhen an activity happens on an Account X a custom object record that is detail of the Account X, I want to send an e-mail alert to all users that belong to Account X.

Short of copying the users into custom fields on these objects, how would I do it?
