Untouched Leads

Greetings....

 

 

From the home tab, there is a column titled Valid Leads by City. The only data that I would like to display in this column is from untouched (or unvisited) leads.

 

  

I have tried the link "customize page"... I've tried to customize the report and save it, etc.

 

Can anyone give me a straight forward answer (not a superfluous, encrypted one) --- on how to achieve this?

 

Once, I would like the data that is displayed in the Valid Leads by City column to be taken from leads that are untouched or unvisited.

You can do that by editing filters on the source Report or List View and selecting:

 

Unread by Owner [equals] TRUE

Please refrain from asking for "straight forward" answers - it's insulting to those who take the time to respond to posts. All those who take the time to answer posts attempt to avoid "superfluous" answers, and nobody encrypts anything.
