Sharing Report

Does anyone know a way to generate a report of records that were manually shared? I know it can be done with Apex but is there a canned page/report like with sharing rules?

I do not believe this is possible through the UI reports. There is no checkbox for "SharedWith" or anything of that nature to be able to report on.
