Sending form/field data to personal email

I'm new to Salesfaorce,

Is it possible to forward form/field data to a personal email address when an html form is submitted?

If this form is being used for lead generation in Salesforce, there are a few options in getting the form field value's sent to a personal email address with the field value's included.

My suggestion would be setting up a work flow rule that would be triggered upon the form submission/lead generation, with the action resulting in an automated email sent using the 'merge field' to have the field value's included.
