Reporting on Customisable forecasts

Hi,

I've been struggling with a way to get the exact information that I need in a report from the customisable forecasts, and would appreciate any help beofre I tear out all of my hair!

What I'm trying to acheive:

We sell support contracts that could be 1,3 or 5 years in duration, so we've set up revenue scheduling to identify this revenue over the period of the contract (ie a £12,000 one year contract shows in our forecasts as £1,000 per month) however the opportunity shows as £12,000. If I report on the opportunity closed I see the full £12,000 in the month that it was closed so this does not give me the information that i need.

I've tried reporting on the customisable forecast and this gives me the correct information for the sales reps but not for the sales manager (this shows the rolled up forecast for his own sales plus the team in his hierachy)

What I need is to produce a report that tells me what each sales rep has sold (scheduled) individualy per month not including any team reports they may have.

Is this possible, and if so am I being really stupid?
