Related Lists from one tab to another

Hello

The related list "partners" is associated to our Accounts tab. I can't find the related lists ANYWHERE under setup.

 My questions -

1. Where can  Ifind standard related lists?

2. IS there a way to put the same related list on our Leads tab?

3. If we can put it on the Leads tab, can we then have the selected "partner" convert over to the account?

The Related Lists availability is on the Objects PageLayout. To locate the Related Lists for the Account Object select the Account PageLayout and select the Related List section. This will show you what is available and what is currently displaying on Accounts.

Now becuase you cannot create a relationship between any other Object and the Partner Object you cannot create a Partner Related List for the Leads Object.

So does that mean I can't put a related list on the leads page? argh.. I just want to put a related list that is on the accounts page on the leads page. I'm getting so frustrated. I've not had proper training, company won't invest in it, I feel so lost right now.
