Possible to map 'formula' fields in Analytic Snapshot?

Maybe this is by design, but would like to find out if anyone has encountered this:

I have a 'formula' field in Target Object as well as the Source Report, but when I was doing the field mapping within Analytic Snapshot, it didn't offer any formula field as a choice to map fields.

Would appreciate any insights/suggestions.

You can't put anything in a formula field.

You should either copy the value of the formula, into a field of the same type, or have the source fields of the formula, and have the formula in the target object.
