How To Integrate Recording of ALL Email Communication

Hi, 

I recently setup Google apps with gmail buttons and it works great; however, I'd like to find out how I can setup sales force to receive emails and automatically organize them under the proper contacts. I would like to have record of all communications with that contact, not just when I initiate the first email via Gmail buttons. 

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
