EmailAgent Configuration and Exchange Public Folder Question

Hello!

I'm trying to get Email To Case up and running for my Support Team. I've been able to successfully test the system using a local Inbox/Test folder for my <inbox> folder, but when I try to point the EmailAgent to a public folder, I'm running into serious issues.

In Outlook the folder's location I'm trying to reach is \\Public Folders\All Public Folders\Support\Tech Support. I've tried everything I can think of to get this to work:

\\Public Folders\All Public Folders\Support\Tech Support
\\Public Folders\\All Public Folders\\Support\\Tech Support
\\Public Folders\All Public Folders\Support\Tech Support\
Public Folders/All Public Folders/Support/Tech Support
Public Folders/All Public Folders/Support/Tech Support/

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the right syntax for this folder location.
