Customize main Accounts page?

I am a new Salesforce user and I have a feeling this is a really simple question and I'm just missing something.

 

Right now my main Accounts page is displaying "Account Name", "Billing City", and "Phone" with a list of my Recent Accounts.

 

I would like to change or add to these fields. Is that possible?

Yes, if you have the necessary permissions on your SFDC Org you can go to:

 

SetUp>

App Setup>
+ Customize
+ Accounts
Search Layouts
[Edit] Accounts Tab
