Custom Object OR Application for Hotel/Lodge/Resort/Camp Room Management

Please Help!!! No one seems to have a solution! 

 

Our staff at camp frequently needs to see the big picture as far as our housing registration goes.  I would love to be able to build a custom object for this that lists all the rooms we have available, which one's are booked, and by whom.  

 

I figured this could be done by listing each room, and having a lookup relationship to each contact who has reserved a room - all on one page.  However, Salesforce only allows 25 lookup relationships per object.  We have way more than 25 rooms.   

 

I know that I could just create an opportunity for this for each guest but that would be a lot of opportunities, and still would not give us a big picture of our housing for any given date.  

 

Please help!
