Hi and thanks in advance for anyassistance I receive,
I am trying to improve the internal communication in our company and as a new user of Salesforce, any help will be well appreciated
. Thus, one of my tabs iscalled “license”, each license is a product that we have sold. However, theselicenses have an expiration, warranty and maintenance date. So for example whena customer license is about to expire, I would like to get a warning in order to follow-up with him.
Do you have anysuggestions? Is it possible to do it with a Professional Edition of Salesforce CRM?
Tks

Hi Didier2010,
The easiest thing to do would be probably be a Workflow Rule. However, Workflow Rules are not available on the Professional Edition.
Although a bit manual in nature, you can build a Report showing which licenses are going to expire in 'X' amount of days and then you can schedule the Report to run every day and have it sent right your Inbox.
Good Luck,
Eric
