Creating a Report on Contact History

I have been a bit stumped on this one report I am trying to create.  I can click on Contact and then click on Activity history to see all activities that we have had with this particular contact.  But what if I want to create/print out in a report format.  We would like to be able to say create/print report on a contact and all types of cases/activities we may have had with this particular contact. 

Any ideas or suggestions?
