I would like to create a report and (most importantly a bar chart) comparing how many cases were opened during a month to the number of cases closed during a month. I will be breaking down the data to the week.
This is what I need to produce.
Y axis should be # of cases
x axis should be time (weeks)
bar one = cases opened during that week
bar two = cases closed during that week
The chart would show previous and current month. There could be up to 8 sets of bars.
Writting a report to show EITHER cases opened by date OR cases closed by date is well within my skills but showing these 2 metrics together in a chart is baffling me.
I was hopeful that the new "combination reports" would make this easy but I am still stumped.
Thanks for the help,
Greg

Seems like this may not be possible. The only alternative it seems is to build one report showing Cases opened and then build one with Cases closed and then expose both charts on a dashboard.
I am open to being wrong on this and will post if I can get your report to work, but my 1/2 spend has been unsuccessful.

Thanks for the reply. Not the answer I was hoping for, of course but I appreciate the response regardless.
Let me know if you have any further ideas.
