Any opinions on a good Project Management App?

I would like to implement a good project management tool. DreamTeam seems excellent, but after having just spent so much just to get SalesForce, I can't see myself paying another $40/month/user for this. Any opinions on something like ProjectForce, or any of the other free tools?

There are many options.  DreamTeam is probably the most advanced but there many be other options if your needs are flexible. To best give you a list you need to think about how many users, how detailed are the projects, how long do they last what is the level of consistency is there between projects... 

There are some free apps out there and a few that are 10-20 a month.  You can also build your own with custom objects.  It is a decision process that is similar to how you chose Salesforce.  What are your wants and needs (make sure to know the difference) and what meets those.
