Advanced Call Scripting No access to the page components for editing

In advanced call scripting (ACS) once we run the script, it opens up a question page for which we dont have any access to (no access to fields, buttons, links or page layout). I need to customize this page (edit page layout, add buttons, Fields, Visual Force Sections etc). Is there anyway to customize this page or Had anyone tried any work around for this. Any ideas are highly appreciated.
