Hello...
I was just wondering if there was a way to do any or all of the following:
1. Create an HTML Email Status report that also includes the lead's 'State.' I run the basic report now that shows me Name, Date Sent, Date Opened, Last Opened, # Times Opened. I would like to see the 'State' in this report so that I can focus on calling leads in states on the east coast earlier in the day and defer calling leads in other time zones until later in the day without having to click on the name to see where they are located. (I'm a one-man operation calling on leads all over the country, so I don't assign leads to reps based on geography.)
2. Get an HTML Email Status report showing dates/times for every instance an email was opened by a particular user, not just Date Opened and Last Opened. If this is not possible in Salesforce, is there is an App that would do this (maybe VerticalResponse)?
3. Get an HTML EMail Status report showing every user that the email has been forwarded to. I've searched this issue, and it appears that Salesforce does not have this functionalitty. Can an App like VerticalResponse do this?
Thanks for the help...
