I have an application running on a specific machine in a client's office. Running the app in any other environment is fine, but on this specific machine, it frequently has SOAP timeout errors.
The application runs fine on my laptop when connecting to their general office network, my iPhone, or my office network. Its only on this machine I see the problems, so I suspect its something to do with the firewall for that zone.
I'm not sure how to articulate the solution for this to the sys admin, apart from "it's not working". Is there a way we can debug this or a suggested solution?
