Why do other Partner Users display in Calendars?

Partner has a Calendar view called "All Users" that cannot be edited. 

Partner user can see calendar for anyone who is on the same partner account AND for the SFDC user who owns the account.  Need to exclude all others from calendars.

How can this be accomplished?
