I'd be interested to know how other people are doing at weeding out Exact Target bounces from their Salesforce database...This has been a real headache for me. I would like to be able to take all the "opens" and assign them to one campaign, and all the "bounces" to another campaign, and remove them from Salesforce, but I can't seem to find an easy way to do this, and the techs can't seem to do it either. I know I can do it in a roundabout way with the Apex dataloader, but that is such a pain, and I'm still not skilled at that yet. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Mike,
I saw your post online. I oversee the ET for AppExchange product and have a pretty simple solution that I believe will help you.
You can run a report in Salesforce on Contacts (or Leads) and their Individual Email Results - this can give you a list of everyone that opened/received or bounced for a given email. Then, there is a button in Salesforce at the Report level to add those contacts (or leads) to a campaign and give them a particular status. So you could them to the same campaign with different campaign member statuses or to different campaigns each.
If you'd like to discuss further - send me a message via the Email me feature in this forum.
Best,
Darrell

There seems to be a new feature in SF now whereby bounces can be tracked.

Hopefully Exact Target makes use of this!
