over our storage limit

We were just notified yesterday that we have greatly exceded our storage limit & will need to buy more. As a non-profit, this is not in our budget. "VR Email History Contact" is more than 2/3 of our storage. I have limited knowledge of Vertical Response & not sure how or what to do. We are thinking that we could delete the old mailing list from VR. Does anyone have suggestions?

Yes, I would recommend looking at the Storage Usage section (which it looks like you did) and determining what is old information that you don't need right now.  I've found with the new change to Campaign Member storage, that has an impact.  What I recommend is exporting out anything that is 2 yrs old or more from Activities, Campaign Members, and Vertical Response History.  You can save this data on an external hard drive as backup.  Then delete it.  If that still doesn't bring you within the limits, you may need to narrow the range to the last year. I've set myself a reminder to check storage usage regularly and do periodic exports in order to keep us from going over the limit.
