Unable to Submit for Approval

In the Time-Off Manager application when I submit my Time-Off Request I get the following message :

This record does not meet the entry criteria or initial submitters of any active approval processes. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

Has someone faced this problem? Trying to catter it but for no avail. Any help...
