Trouble signing into Outlook connect

I can sign into my hosted account with no issues, but when I try to "Add Email" on Outlook it asks me to sign in and says the login attempt fails.  I've reset my password, restarted Outlook, and restarted my computer and still not had any luck.  Can someone offer a suggestion?
