This may bot be the right forum for this question, but is there an App for generating work tickets in SF.com.
For my use, I'd like an app for our service manager and CSR's to fill out and send an email to customers confirming information such as upcoming field service technician visits, parts orders, tech support calls, quote requests, ect.
If there was something like that available to help our service department look and act more professional, I'd be thrilled.

Have you explored using Cases for this?
We don't schedule onsite visits, but all communication with our customers happens via cases.
That's my 2 cents!
