Hi,
I am just about to install a brand new Cisco CME system with Call Connector and Salesforce. Could someone point me in he direction of some decent documentation for this? Can I integrate Salesforce after installing Call Connector server? or is it an all encompassing package? Sorry if this is elementary, but I really could use a hand.
