Looking for an app that can handle high volume of contract renewals

We are looking for an app that can handle maintenance renewals.  I don't believe our situation is unique, but I can't find an app that meets our needs.

- Installed base of 1.6 million records, including hardware and software.

- Renewal dates at item level, service level terms at a consolidated contract level.

- Multiple contracts per customer; multiple parts (up to 5000) per contract.

- Customer and standard support contracts

- Renewal pricing at part level, based on actual selling price

- We need to be able to consolidate parts with various start/end dates from multiple contracts into new contracts to make them all co-terminus.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
