Hi,
In Salesforce normal mode (the place where the softphone is present insdie the iFrame), when the user navigates from one tab to another tab and then navigate back, the data gets cleared out, due to the page refresh.
Need to know how we need to retain the data when switching tabs. Please reply ASAP.
