BASIC FUNCTION:

 

The Salesforce Technical Analyst – Non-Branch Originations is responsible for fulfilling scheduled daily, weekly and monthly processes for the Originations and Non-Branch Originations team.  Additional responsibilities may include researching Salesforce user questions and/or requests, day to day issues and tasks, organizing corporate projects as required, reporting and data needs for all departments within Originations and Non-Branch Originations.

JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Manage daily support processes, including emails, and ad hoc report requests.
  • Research various internal requests to determine appropriate course of action and follow through to resolution.
  • Model values and enable a positive work environment, which fosters teamwork, employee recognition, and respect. 
  • Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources.
  • Technical requirement documentation.
  • Utilize technical aspects within Salesforce such as Apex triggers, classes and batch jobs.
  • Provide ongoing technical support of existing integrated Salesforce applications.
  • Analyze and identify technical needs within Salesforce.
  • Develop enhancements to Salesforce.com and related systems.
  • Website integration.
  • Lead the design for integration of SFDC.
  • Conduct technical process, design and build reviews with the superiors.
  • Design and develop solutions in Visual force, Apex.
  • Leadership of technical objectives relevant to implementation, design for specifications and running technical architecture meetings.
  • Evangelize best practice implementation experience of SFDC and Force.com implementations.
  • Conduct “Whiteboard” sessions to define roadmap of implementations with key business and IT owners.
  • Lead meetings to derive key requirements and demonstrate potential solutions with SFDC.
  • OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES:  May require Salesforce.com reporting, business processes, administration and user support.  Perform other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Knowledge

  • Proficient with PC software applications such as MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Cognos, and SAS.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics, finance, and consumer auto lending.
  • Working knowledge of GM Financial/AmeriCredit.
  • Problem solving – Work well with complex issues and solve complicated situations.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to work as part of a team.

 

Skills 

  • ·       1+ years of object oriented programming experience.
  • 1+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • 1+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
  • 1+ years of Apex and SalesForce.com API experience.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Strong business decision-making ability. 
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Effective written and verbal presentation skills. 
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

 

Experience

  • ·       High school diploma or College Degree preferred. 
  • Computer Science or Management Information experience helpful.
  • Salesforce experience required.
