Javascript Button Opens in New Tab

Hi,

I'm looking to create a button on a Contact layout that opens a link in a new tab within the browser. Currently, we use a formula field to merge the base link with a field from the Contact record. I'm able to get the link to pop up in a new window without using JavaScript, but our Users have found that to be more burdensome than helpful. Here is the link I’m trying to use:
