Printing Company New to Salesforce! Hello!

[Luminer]

Hello everyone,

I'm the Marketing Assistant for Luminer Converting Group here in Lakewood, NJ. We just recently started using Salesforce with assistance from a telemarketing company.

We have been working on refining the look and feel of salesforce to be more in line with our methodogy. I certainly have some questions to ask, but will post them in their respective sections.

At any rate, just an FYI, Luminer has established itself as a nationally known leader in the design and production of specialty label constructions, and pressure sensitive adhesive coated products. Our expertise in adhesive coating, multi-layer constructions and the utilization of proprietary converting technologies are what allows Luminer to provide you with unique solutions for your needs.

I intend to learn more about how to improve and refine our use of Salesforce to track and keep in regular touch with our leads and existing customers.

Does anyone have some Tips or Tricks right off the bat on this CRM?

Also, what provoked you to choose salesforce over the other CRMs out there?
