Lost in Sales force

    Hello everyone my name is Jodi, I am new to salesforce, and new to the company I work for. I have a question about the mass emails. as of right now we have one owner, but there are two teams in the company. They want me to set it up so there are two owners, so either team one is the owner of the account or team 2 is the owner of the account, so the question is, how do i get there to be 2 owners, do i have to add the other person, or what, they are expecting me to just figure this out, with no direction as to what it is i am really trying to do....

What you can do is use account teams.  From there you can have other "owners" or people tagged to the account.  You can also set up default account teams through the user records, so for example when Sally creates an account, John and Sue will automatically be added.
