How do I edit a lot of leads at once?

I need to know how to edit the same field in a lot of different records. Is this possible? I imported a batch of new records with a misspelled city name, and I just want to change them all to the correct city.

Depending on how many records it is, and which edition of SFDC you are on, you could either use Inline Editing, the Force.com DataLoader, or the sForce Excel Connector.
