Hello, I used SalesForce when I worked for the computer storage testing business. Now I work with a realtor and we are looking at buying seats to use for his business. Are there any realtors out there who would tell me how they like SalesForce for the real estate business? I know when I previously used it, I really liked it. We have limited financial resources and have been using ACT! but we could afford to purchase seats for Contact Manager. How well does Contact Manager work for tracking potential customers?
Thanks in advance for any info that you can offer.
Delores

Hi Delores,
The contact manager would replace an ACT type solution in a big way, but from a marketing and operational standpoint, it may be limiting to launch campaigns and possibly incorporate sales and MLS data.
I have customers using contact manager and are very happy with its results and access for their team. They happen to be property managers and use it as their "rolodex."
All the best,
S
