Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a way to set up multiple daily email notifications that can be automatically sent to our field rep's at a scheduled time from a created report. The 2 examples would be a report based on open untouched accounts emailed daily and one mailed every 3rd day covering activities.
Called SF support and we couldn't find a solution, directed me to the Exchange but I am confident that the great minds of this community have solved this particular problem.
If anyone can point us in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.

There is a way to build a Report and the schedule it to run daily. (I am not so sure about every third day!)
The negative (from what I have seen) is the Report sends the user all the records, not just the records which the user owns.
This may not be a problem for you if you have a public sharing model. If you have a private sharing model you can build a Report for each rep, but if you have a lot reps, this could get out of hand.

Eric,
first let me thank you for assisting with this issue. I have no problem with all of the records being sent out as the report is based on account activity (Acct Leader board), we have about 40 reps that will receive this email notification.
We are very interested in utilizing this tool to communicate with our reps. Can you describe the details to accomplish this?

It sounds like you already have the Report built. If this is the case, go ahead and run the Report.
Once the Report runs, where you have the row of all the gray buttons (Run Report, Hide Details, Customize, etc.) there should be a little arrow to the right of the Run Report button.
When you click the arrow, you will see an option called Schedule Future Runs. Choose this option.
From here, you can choose who you want to get the Report and the frequency of the Report being sent.
I would recommend setting things up so at first the Report only comes to you via e-mail so you can see what it looks like.
If you are happy with the look and feel of things, you can go back and add your other 40 reps to get the Report.
