CallEffect: Call Manager for SalesForce

Hi All

 

We've developed a tool that allows making a phone call directly from SalesForce Contact page and monitoring all call activities: www.calleffect.com . Our sales people said they like it.Now we are thinking of making a reporting subsystem that shows statistics of outbound call in a weekly and monthly timeframe. Does anyone has an idea how to present it in a best way for sales managers? Maybe someone has already experience with integration SalesForce and telephony?

Sounds like a cool solution. I'll have to check it out. I've also found a couple that I like. InsideSales.com makes a dialer tool that does some similar things. Check them out...
