Hi, i have downloaded and installed Force.com IDE to eclipse 3.3.2 but when i go to File => New => Project, i dont find Force.com Project in the New Project Wizard. Please help...

Make sure you are in right perspective.
Window >> Open Perspective >> Other and select Force.com

Yes, initially the Force.com Project will not be shown.
You have to goto File--> New--> Other in Eclipse.
A new wizard wil be opened and you will find the Force.com Project there.
