Currently, we use the Apex Data Loader to load our data in SF.com from our ERP system (every step is manual). I would like to automate this, but I have absolutely no idea where to begin. I'm fairly fluent in both of the major .NET languages (VB and C#), so I just need documentation and/or examples on how to connect to our environment and how to do lookups and inserts.
Thanks much for any help!
Al
