Insulation error in Force.com IDE

 While running Force.com IDE ,i'm getting this message.

I got  installed eclipse 3.7 and Force.com IDE under my profiles in Pulse Explorer.

While running/lunching the Force.com IDE  ,i'm getting this window.

But i can run eclipse...

 

Please help....
