Informatica Data Loader termination problem

I'm trying to do account upserts from SQL Server using Informatica Data Loader. I keep getting:

[DTM_10004] The DTM process terminated unexpectedly.

Any ideas?

Have you tried Informatica support? Their listing mentions they offer email and phone support.

You should be able to increase the log level on the Informatica processes to get more detailed error messages.

The culprit was using dashes in my SQL Server column names, even if I wasn't mapping to those fields.

I never would have figured this one out without help from the Informatica support team. Thanks, Mark!
