Filter a Dashboard via URL

Id like to create a dashboard that can be viewed from any opportunity

so id like to filter the dashbaord the way you do a report:

 - link to report

 - have first criteria blank

 - supply pv0 in url

 

but for a DASHBOARD

 

can this be done?

I dont think currently this functionality is available.

Though this functionality is not present but one could achieve via VF components and things like custom settings and /or database.
