Is it possible to export an ERD diagram of my <a href="http://www.brandwatchesblog.com/"> watches buy </a>SFDC instance into a document.?  Ie. A document with the tables and values in each table..

Not sure, but did you get a change to explore Schema Builder Setup > App Setup > Deploy > Schema Builder.
