Hi all,
Is there a way to exclude the weekends when running a report on case age?
Business hours is not set omitting the weekends off and cases closed are counted on the number of days it was created to the time it was closed. Salesforce has set this as a standard for all counting the number of days regardless of the business hours or days of the Org.
I would very much appreciate your help.
Thanks
Kam

You can try to create a custom field and calculate the case age by yourself and save the value to this field.
