Can you populate a picklist from contacts within an account?

I would like to have the picklist values be automatically populated from the contacts within an account.  Ideally the picklist values would be dynamic in that they would automatically update should we add or delete any contacts to that particular account.  Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi,

I think you can not this through picklist, but this can be achieved through lookup relationship with contact object. As the picklist values are not dynamic nature they are static.
