Is it possible to change mention email subject

The corresponding information of chatter will be stored in FeedItem ,
FeedComment ,NewsFeed ,UserProfileFeed, NewsFeed or
AccountFeed/OpportunityFeed.
If someone post a maessage and @person,the @person will receive an
email.If someone comment other people's post and @otherperson,
other people who posted and the @otherperson will receive an email.
Chatter's Email settings found under Setup | My Chatter Settings |
Chatter Email Settings. You can receive email notifications of any
changes,so you have checked this functionality in your profile.

Posts on my profile
Shares a post I made
Likes a post or a comment I made

Comments:
Comments on my status or a change I made
Comments on a post on my profile
Comments after me
Comments on an item I bookmarked
Comments on an item I like

Mentions or Messages:
Mentions me in a post
Mentions me in a comment
Sends me a message

Now mention email subject is: xxx mentioned you in a post.
Is it possible to change the subject into like: xxx mentioned you in a post on Account ABC?

In short, can change the title to join Account or other information.
