Cloud Swarm Stops Working

Hey everyone,
I just started using cloud swarm to assign case swarm rules. It was working for two days and now has stopped. Any reason it could stop wokring, some sort of privlidge that got turned off?

That is likely happening becuase one of your users has hit to 500 records followed limit. If that happens, all the swarms where that users is on will stop working. You can check how many records a user is following by going to their Profile and looking at the number beside "Following."
I highly recommend the Chatter Unfollow Rules app, where you can set up rules to do things like unfollow people on closed opportunities or cases that they no longer need to follow:

That will set up some automation that should prevent you from hitting this limit in the future.
