Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone has used Chatter Smartfollow enough to provide some detail on the rules for auto-following. My main question is whether the process of creating following rules can be reversed by turning the rules off?
For example, if I have users follow users with the same profile, will they still be following them if I retroactively turn that auto-follow rule off? I'm guessing that the following relationships are firm once the rule is activated, unless the users goes in and manually unfollows other people.
If anyone can share some insight on this, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
