View all Leads for an Organization

Hello-

We've been using SF for some time, but definitely are lacking in sophistication and best practices knowledge. One of the complaints we get from our sales team is that as they work to connect up with an organization, they might be calling on a handful of individuals from that company that exist as Leads, but don't have an easy way to see all their attempts/activities across individuals for a single company (as they can when working an account).

Is there some way to improve this situation other than:

  1. telling them they have to search the company's name, then select each individual to drill down.
  2. automatically converting all leads in order to have a single account grouping and get the visibility they desire.

I know this is probably a very basic question, but it does have some implications on how our sales team works and how productive they are in reaching out to a new organization.

Thanks!

Re: View all Leads for an Organization

Unfortunately I don't think it's possible without creating a custom Master Object to connect all of the Leads together under one umbrella, ella ella... (sorry it's Friday, it's late, and I couldn't resist)

One thing that I would suggest is to use the Console Tab (if you do not have the Console Tab enabled on your SFDC.org I strongly recommend it).

https://cs2.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/salesforce_agent_console_cheatsheet.pdf

That way the users can navigate through a single List View of All Leads and see the Lead details and related records (Activities, Campaigns, etc) all from a single screen, without having to search and flip back and forth from Lead back to search back to Lead, etc...

Anyway, hope it helps
