If we create a html template and use this to generate emails, it does not retain the default font size we specify. Does anyone know how to set this?
For example:
For example:
Verdana 9pt is our default size. If I type in a blank area of the template it might suddenly change to Verdana 12pt. So to the recipient it could look like I am 'shouting' for that one particular line thats taken on the larger font size.

You might have a look at your template in HTML mode. I'd be willing to bet you're using Internet Explorer – IE's HTML editor does weird and stupid things like this all the time.

Great suggestion by werewolf.
I'm curious if you wrote the original HTML email template text in MS Word. If you did, the following may provide resolution for you.
I have run into this issue in the past where the template (copy and paste from MS Word) looked fine while creating it but upon sending the template, the receiver viewed odd characters throughout the message and it looked nothing like the template I originally created.
To avoid this result, you can either type your message directly in your template or if you are using MS Word for spell check, try copying it into Notepad first to make it plain text, then copy into your template. This generally clears up any formatting issues.
I hope this suggestion was helpful.
Best of Luck,
Shannon
