Reporting on neglected accounts

Hi,

I am trying to create reports based on the last time a customer account was actually visited. If i run it based on last activity it includes all activities (calls, emails etc). 

 

Any idea how to get it as

Account Rating 

Last Customer Visit (event subject = customer visit)

with time field: last customer visit more than 3 months ago.

Create a Custom Report Type showing Accounts with or without Activities, and filter on Activity Type.
