Opportunity Funnel

I am having trouble analyzing my company SFDC opportinity funnel. Everytime I am running the historical stage for each opprtunity and that make my report innacurate.
Do you have any tip that would make me go faster?

Hi, I'm wondering if you are using analytic snapshot to chart the opp. history, or are you straightly talking about the new funnel chart type? thanks.

I just want to see what is in the opportunity funnel at each stage and the associated probability.

Create new report-->Opportunities-->Opportunities (not Oppty History)-->Next-->Summary-->Next-->Sum Grand Total-->Next-->Summarize by Stage-->Next-->Select Chart and Highlights-->Chart Type: Funnel
